Winifred (Win) was born in 1913 in South London and died 1989 in Ramsgate Kent. She was the daughter of Hannah Elizabeth Warner neé Brown neé Hammond and Walter Henry Brown.

Win was the sister of Elizabeth Emily Haynes nee Brown, Florence Lillian Phelps nee Brown and Edith Brown.

Winifred married Samuel George Pullen on 31st December 1939 in Peckham, London.

She was mother to Diane Elizabeth Pullen, Ivanhoe Baden Pullen, Ralph Malcolm Pullen, Roland David Pullen and Timothy Robin Pullen.
